Villa Dimitri is the original complex, and Villa Andromeda was added in 2014. They are located ca. half a mile from Armenistis,  directly above the sea on a small road on the west side of Ikaria.

Villa Dimitri is a series of 6 terraced, Mediterranean-style apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance and a large terrace with view to the sea, and if you are lucky, you can watch the dolphins playing in the waves. When the sea is calm, you can swim and snorkel in the glass-clear water or sunbathe on your own pirvate rock.

Villa Andromeda reminds you of Antonio Gaudi's style of architecture, and enchants you with its attention to detail: the gleaming white walls with arched openings, behind which the dark blue of the sea blends with the lighter blue of the sky; niches with antique reliefs or amphorae planted with gereaniums, hibiscus and bouganinvillea; patterned tile and mosaic floors. The whole ensemble is a harmonoious symbiosos between a Mediterranean style of architecture, flowering gardens and the Aegean Sea. The Villa Andromeda has four apartments: Andromeda, a spacious and comfortable holiday apartment that sleeps 2-4;  Pegasos, a modern studio apartment that sleeps 2; Iphigenie, a modern apartment with sleeping gallerie that sleeps 2-4; Agamemnon, a komfortable apartment with gallerie that sleeps 2-4.
